Scripty Orders Terms of Use for Pharmacies
1. Agreement to Participate
By using Scripty (the “Service”) provided by Oexa Pty Ltd (ABN 91 640 736 910), your pharmacy agrees to comply with these terms and conditions (“Terms”). This agreement governs your pharmacy’s participation in receiving orders with electronic prescriptions (“Script”) from consumers through Scripty (“the App”).

2. Agreement to Terms
By using the Service, you accept these Terms on behalf of your pharmacy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organisation or entity, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

3. Registration and Pharmacy Listing
This section outlines the requirements for registering your pharmacy and being listed on the Scripty App.
-
Pharmacy Registration: Your pharmacy must complete the Scripty registration process, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
-
Listing Approval: After verification of your pharmacy’s details, your pharmacy will be listed on the Scripty App, making it visible to consumers.

4. Receiving Orders via Scripty
-
Order Delivery Methods: By agreeing to participate, your pharmacy consents to receive Scripty orders through the approved method(s) you select, which may include email or integration into your queuing system.
-
Integration Requirements: Depending on your queuing or dispense system, you may need to download and integrate specific desktop software provided by Oexa to enable this process.

5. Order Management and Pharmacy Responsibilities
-
Managing Orders: Once a consumer submits an order via Scripty, the order will include consumer details and Script token(s) for processing. Scripty does not collect or transmit payment information through the Service.
-
Legal and Health Obligations: Your pharmacy or the health care professional is responsible for validating scripts and assessing these orders to ensure they can be legitimately fulfilled in accordance with all pertinent legal and health obligations. It is imperative for the pharmacy to recognise that although the Scripty account holder may be ordering scripts on behalf of another individual, each eScript token will specify the individual to whom it belongs. The pharmacy must assess each order on the basis of the eScript tokens provided, ensuring accurate dispensing to the correct individual.
-
Consumer Communication: Your pharmacy is required to maintain open and timely communication with the consumer regarding their Script order. This includes notifying the consumer immediately if there are issues processing their order, including providing updates on order status, fulfillment times, and importantly, if an order must be cancelled or cannot be processed. Transparent communication is crucial for maintaining consumer trust and satisfaction.
-
Support Communication: Scripty’s support team may contact your pharmacy for purposes such as onboarding, verification, or order-specific queries..
