Scripty Orders Terms of Use for Pharmacies
1. Agreement to Participate
By opting to accept prescriptions orders through Scripty ("the Service") by Oexa Pty Ltd (ABN 91 640 736 910), your pharmacy agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions outlined in this document. This agreement governs your pharmacy's participation in receiving digital electronic prescription (“Script”) orders from consumers through Scripty.

2. Agreement to Terms
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your pharmacy. If making this agreement for an organisation or entity, you confirm you have the authorisation to do so.

3. Registration and Pharmacy Listing
-
Pharmacy Registration: Your pharmacy must complete the Scripty registration process, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
-
Listing Approval: Following verification of your pharmacy details, your pharmacy will be listed on the Scripty app, making it visible to consumers using the app.

4. Receiving Orders via Scripty
-
Approved Communication Method: The approved method for Scripty orders to your Pharmacy is via email. By agreeing to these terms, your pharmacy consents to receive Script orders from consumers in this manner.
-
Email: Your pharmacy must have a secure and reliable email system in place to receive and process orders.

5. Managing Orders and Pharmacy Responsibilities
-
Managing Orders: Orders submitted through Scripty will include necessary consumer details and electronic prescription (eScript) tokens. Your pharmacy or the health care professional is responsible for validating and assessing these orders to ensure they can be legitimately fulfilled in accordance with all pertinent legal and health obligations. It is imperative for the pharmacy to recognise that although the Scripty account holder may be ordering scripts on behalf of another individual, each eScript token will specify the individual to whom it belongs. The pharmacy must assess each order on the basis of the eScript tokens provided, ensuring accurate dispensing to the correct individual.
-
Direct Communication with the Consumer: Your pharmacy is required to maintain open and timely communication with the consumer regarding their Script order. This includes notifying the consumer immediately if there are issues processing their order, including providing updates on order status, fulfillment times, and importantly, if an order must be cancelled or cannot be processed. Transparent communication is crucial for maintaining consumer trust and satisfaction.
-
Communications from the Scripty team: The Scripty team or its support staff may directly contact your pharmacy as part of our onboarding, validation and quality assurance processes or specifically concerning a customer's order.

6. Managing Your Pharmacy Listing and Details
To update any of your pharmacy details (such as Pharmacy name, email address) or remove your pharmacy listing from Scripty, please directly contact us at hello@getscripty.app. Our support team will assist you with these changes to ensure that your pharmacy's information remains accurate and up-to-date on Scripty.

7. Security and Privacy
-
Data Security: Your pharmacy is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all prescription information received through Scripty.
-
Privacy Compliance: Your pharmacy must comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations in handling and processing prescription orders and consumer information.
8. Service Limitations
-
Acknowledgement of Limitations: Your pharmacy acknowledges that this Service serves as a conduit for Script orders and does not involve itself in the direct handling, processing, verification, or fulfillment of scripts.
-
Limitation of Liability: Scripty is not liable for any issues that arise from the Script order process, including but not limited to miscommunication, processing delays, or consumer dissatisfaction.

9. Changes to Terms
Scripty reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to your pharmacy in a timely manner, and continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination
-
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your pharmacy's listing will be removed from Scripty, and you will cease to receive Script orders through the Service.
-
Scripty reserves the right to terminate this agreement and remove your pharmacy's listing from the app under certain conditions, such as breach of these terms, inability to contact your pharmacy, provision of inaccurate information, or significant customer dissatisfaction. Scripty will attempt to contact your pharmacy directly prior to termination.
11. Governing Law
This agreement and any disputes arising out of or in relation to it are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Queensland, Australia.
