Scripty is the accessible and hassle-free way to order your prescriptions – always free for you and for your pharmacy. Unlike other apps, Scripty doesn’t charge pharmacies subscription fees or lock consumers behind payment barriers. We believe ordering medication should be simple, open, and available to all.

How to Send Script Orders with Scripty

 

Scripty keeps prescription ordering flexible and straightforward:

1. Scan & Swipe – Queue Up Your Scripts with Ease

  • With the Scan & Swipe feature, simply select which prescriptions you want from your list – you only order what you need.

  • Present your phone to the pharmacy staff, and they quickly scan and swipe through your scripts.

2. Order ahead – Choose your pharmacy and pick your scripts in the app.

  • Scripty sends your order however the pharmacy prefers – directly to their system or by email.

  • The pharmacy decides how to contact you for pick-up or updates, whether that’s through push notifications, phone calls, emails, or SMS.

 

3. Collect Your ASL Code for Automatic Updates

  • Next time you visit your pharmacy to pick up your medication, ask them for your Active Script List (ASL) code.

  • Entering your ASL code in Scripty will let your scripts update automatically in the app, so your prescription list always stays current.

You might be asked to scan a pharmacy’s QR code or tap their link – this just sets them as your pharmacy for orders, but you always have the freedom to switch.

Please note: Payment and delivery options are arranged directly with your pharmacy outside the Scripty app.

It’s your order, so you’re in control. Scripty makes things easy, but it’s important to stay proactive to make sure everything goes smoothly. Here are a few helpful tips:

  1. Pharmacy Processing Time: Sometimes, pharmacies may not see your order straight away. Give them a little time to check their system or inbox.

  2. Urgent Needs: If your scripts are urgent, give the pharmacy a quick call before you send your order. That way, they know to look out for it!

  3. Check Opening Hours: Always check your chosen pharmacy’s trading hours before placing your order so you’re not left waiting.

  4. First Time Orders: If this is your first time sending an order to a pharmacy, be kind—they may not have received a Scripty order before. Let them know you’ve sent an order—it should appear in their dispense queue or via email depending on their setup. Scripty also provides a handy guide for pharmacists, so they can easily handle your order no matter how they receive it!

Pharmacies appear in Scripty in one of two ways: either their dispense system connects with us automatically, or the pharmacy asks to be listed. No matter how they join, the goal is to give you as many local choices as possible.
