1. List your Pharmacy in Scripty

Your pharmacy can be displayed on Scripty if the "Display my pharmacy in search results" option is enabled in MedView Flow settings. When enabled:

  • Your pharmacy name and address are shown in Scripty, based on your MedView Flow details.

  • If you'd like to update your listing or include trading hours, fill out the 'Update pharmacy listing' form

  • If your pharmacy is not listed in Scripty, it may be due to your subscription level with FRED MedView Flow. Contact MedView Flow for assistance in enabling this feature. Note: Scripty does not charge any fees to list your pharmacy.

3. Mark the Order as "Ready to Collect"

After verifying and completing the order, move it to the “OUT” column and mark it as “Ready to Collect.”

  • Important: When you mark an order as “Ready to Collect,” the customer will receive a push notification in the Scripty app, ensuring they’re informed about their order status.

  • This step is critical to ensure timely customer pickups.

4. Complete the Order

Once the customer collects the order, mark it as “Collected” to finalise the process.

Important Notes

  • At the time an order is submitted in Scripty, the tokens are validated through Oexa's conformant mobile intermediary. However, it is possible for the status of the tokens to change between the time the order was submitted and the time it is processed.

  • Any actions taken outside of the Medview Flow order – such as organising delivery or payment – always return to the order details in Scripty once the order is dispensed. Mark the order as 'complete' to ensure the customer is promptly notified through the app.

  • A customer cannot cancel the order in the app, they would contact your pharmacy directly to cancel.
