None. There is no pharmacy-facing platform or software to install. Patients can either add each eScript token as they receive it or connect their ASL (with your help). Once connected, what you see in ASL should mirror the patient’s list in Scripty, noting patients can choose to hide/unhide items in their ASL.

Yes! If your Pharmacy is listed. Scripty provides a simple way for customers to place script orders through the app. These orders are sent directly to your pharmacy for processing. The ability to send orders to your pharmacy will depend on how you choose to receive orders. This could be via email or dispense queue. At this time, the app does not support pre-payments, delivery, or ordering of non-prescription items. These need to be arranged directly with your customer.

No special sign-up is needed for customers to use Scripty. They simply bring the app to your pharmacy, where you can scan their eScript QR codes to process orders in-store.

Do make sure you help them connect to their Active Script List or My Script List to make it easier to see and order their scripts with your pharmacy. Providing the best care and support to your customers is what keeps them coming back to your pharmacy.

For pharmacies using MedView Flow, Minfos or Sparrow Hub, an appropriate subscription is required directly with the software system. Script requests from Scripty go straight into the queuing software. We’re working to support more dispensing and queuing systems soon.
