Follow these simple steps to integrate Scripty orders with Minfos eQueue:

 

1. Register Your Pharmacy

First, complete this form to register your pharmacy, ready for integration, to let the Scripty team know you're in!!

2. Submit a Ticket to Minfos Support

Then visit this page and submit a support ticket. Include the phrase, “Grant Permission for Scripty via Cloud API”, along with your name.

3. Receive Minfos Approval

Once your request is processed, Minfos will send us the details needed to configure your order integration.

 

4. Test the System

We'll set up a test using a real script order from Scripty. Don't forget to cancel the test order to avoid any issues.

 

5. Activate Your Pharmacy Listing

After successful testing, your pharmacy will be added to Scripty’s system. You’ll receive a unique QR code or URL link, making it simple for customers to select your pharmacy for their orders.

6. Go Live!

Once all steps are complete, your integration will be fully operational. You'll now enjoy seamless order management through Minfos eQueue.

Q1. How much does this cost to use?
There is no cost at the moment as Oexa (owner of Scripty) is covering the fees for now. The cost may be reviewed at a later time.

 

Q2. Do I receive email notifications for Minfos eQueue orders?
No. You'll see an eQueue alert in Minfos. Please refer to Minfos eQueue Support articles.  

 

Q3. Does the customer get a notification when their order is ready?
Not via Minfos eQueue. You can notify customers using your preferred communication method, such as SMS or a phone call. 

 

Q4. What happens if I stop using Minfos eQueue and prefer a different method like email?
You can switch to receiving orders from Scripty via the email channel by letting the Scripty team know, and we can configure your pharmacy settings. See how email works here.
