Receiving orders from Scripty

The Scripty app enables customers to securely store their scripts and view their Active Script List (ASL) or My Script List (MySL) all in one place. 

 

Currently, orders are sent directly to your pharmacy’s email as part of our interim solution while we connect to your dispense queue or other ordering systems.

This email-based system provides a straightforward method for receiving orders as we work on enhancing our service with a streamlined integration into various dispensary queues, which will simplify the process of script orders to your pharmacy. If you are interested in participating in future improvements, please let us know by completing this form here.

How it works

Sign up your Pharmacy

Kick things off by completing our simple pharmacy registration form and agreeing to the Terms of Use.

If you have previously completed the List my pharmacy form, this is still required.

We Verify Your Pharmacy

Our team will promptly verify your pharmacy to ensure all details are correct and up-to-date.

This process is required for receiving orders via email. If you were using a queuing system, the system would have already verified your pharmacy.

Your Pharmacy Gets Listed in Scripty

Once verified, you’ll receive a confirmation that your pharmacy is listed on the Scripty app. 

 

Along with this, we'll send you a unique link for your store. When your customers download Scripty from your unique link, it will automatically populate their pharmacy of choice to yours.

Managing Orders from Customers

Orders direct to your Inbox

You’ll get a detailed email for each customer order, allowing you to easily access and review the order by clicking on the provided link.

Process the order

Review the eScript tokens or scan the QR code to go straight to dispense, you can take appropriate action to fulfill the order.

In-app customer notifications

Scripty will automatically notify the customer via the app once you’ve updated the order status.

If you need to arrange delivery, payment, or clarify any details, you can contact the customer directly by replying to the order email or using the contact information provided.

Important Notes:

  • Scripty does not facilitate direct payments or delivery services. All arrangements for payment and pick-up or delivery must be handled directly between the pharmacy and the customer.

  • Please inform our support team of any updates to your pharmacy details to keep our records accurate.

  • Check your junk and spam email folders for orders, which will come from hello@getscripty.app. Mark it as not SPAM/JUNK.

  • If you encounter issues with an order, please forward the email with your questions to our support team.

  • We may contact your pharmacy directly as part of our onboarding, validation, and quality assurance processes, or concerning a specific customer's order.​
